Burnline is made by one person, so please include your device model and iOS version if you are reporting a bug.
"My burn time looks wrong"
Check that location access is granted — Settings → Burnline → Location. Without it the app falls back to a default city and the sun angle will not match yours.
Also check your skin type in the app. It is the single biggest input into the estimate.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. To view, change, or cancel one: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restoring a purchase
If you have reinstalled the app or changed device, open the paywall and tap Restore. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID.
Your data
Your location is used on-device and never transmitted. Everything else stays on your phone. See the privacy policy.
